Description :

Expected Outcome:

Project results are expected to contribute to all the following expected outcomes:

  • standards, recommendations and methodologies essential for putting FAIR principles into practice and supporting the development of the EOSC ecosystem are developed in alignment with international efforts and practices;
  • contribute to the Horizon Europe EOSC Partnership.

Scope:

Support, directly or in combination with financial support to third parties, the community-driven processes that involve the research community and other stakeholders from across the world to foster the development, adoption and maintenance of generic and/or domain specific research data solutions suited to the EOSC context as well as to similar initiatives being built by other international partners. Proposals should facilitate and promote the participation of European stakeholders in such international processes.

To ensure complementarity of outcomes, proposals are expected to cooperate and align with activities of the EOSC Partnership and to coordinate with relevant initiatives and projects contributing to the development of EOSC. In particular, actions funded under this topic should coordinate with the awarded grant/s under the topic HORIZON-INFRA-2021-EOSC-01-05 and the future procurement activity under Other Actions[1].
