This tool gathers partner searches and offers of expertise brought to the attention of the French NCPs by any organisation interested in joining a consortium or seeking specific expertise for its consortium under development. It lists the offers and searches for expertise from the French community (limited to organisations, institutions, clusters, industrialists, SMEs, start-ups, regions, CCIs and the like).
